Track your UPS package:

Tracking your UPS package on our website is easy. As soon as UPS picks up your package from our warehouse and email will be sent to you with your tracking information. If, after 48 hours your package does not appear on the UPS tracking system, then email us using this form and we will manually look up your package tracking information.

Shipping Rates:

We ship UPS Ground, and UPS 3 Day Select. US Postal shipments (P.O. Boxes, Military P.O. Boxes, etc.) UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box. Due to the rising cost of shipping, our free shipping promotions are good for orders shipped within the contiguous USA only. 

Shipping Policies:

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours pending credit card verification. Please allow 7-10 working days for ground orders. For international shipments, does not charge, nor do we assume responsibility for taxes, duty or brokerage fees. All additional fees charged by UPS international, customs, brokerages, etc. are to be paid by the customer.

No Hassle Return Policy:

We understand that it may be hard to shop for some of our products online without the ability to touch and see the products first hand. This is why we have a no hassle 15 day return policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 15 days for a full refund on the product total. All returned merchandise must be new, and complete with all tags attached, and still in original packaging. No returns will be approved and/or credited if the merchandise has been used or damaged in any way. Prior to returning an item please email us using this form and we will email you instructions on how to return your purchases.

We do ship to PO Boxes now via USPS or Fedex Smart Post. Please be aware that this may cause additional delays in delivery times.
